This is a /friends page. Call it a blogroll: the people I read, the people I learn from, and the people whose work I point others toward.

Linking out costs nothing, and it's one of the more generous things a personal site can do. Here's my list. It'll grow.

Aaron Christy is who I work with at Kode Health. His site has been “simplistically significant since 1997,” which tells you most of what you need to know about Aaron.

Chris Miles is also at Kode Health, and on the side he designed, built, and shipped parry, an AI messaging assistant, entirely solo.

Scott Watermasysk has been shipping Ruby for twenty-plus years. He writes about using AI as leverage without outsourcing the judgment, which is the correct take.

Will Cosgrove writes Rails at esc.dev out of Fort Worth. We both passed through the same agency, Uptrending, a few years apart.

Nathan Bertram builds software for small businesses in niche markets at We Are Bar None, up in Canada.

Nick Gray emailed me out of nowhere on a Sunday to ask what I thought of the /friends idea. This page is his fault. He founded Museum Hack and wrote The 2-Hour Cocktail Party.
